Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service and/or are not willing to agree to any of the conditions, you may not request a commission.I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

I. GENERAL◆ Please ask for available slots or the commission status before placing an order.◆ I have rights to accept or decline your commission request.◆ I will not tolerate any unacceptable behaviors such as lack of respect towards myself or my work.◆ To order commission(s), send me the character reference and which style you want along with the preferences of poses or additional information through the Commission Form.◆ I will do: OCs / sonas, couples / ship art, fan art (personal use only), light NSFW (some nudity / suggestive - feel free to ask me and I'll let you know if I'm comfortable with it!).◆ I won't do: heavy NSFW, furries (kemonomimi is allowed), backgrounds (with the exception for memes), mecha, realism, gore (slight blood/stitches/bruises is allowed), heavy bara, hateful and problematic contents, fetish art or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.◆ These commissions are intended for personal use only. If you're interested in a commercial commission, please contact me directly through Twitter to discuss.II. PAYMENT◆ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.◆ The only currencies accepted is USD.◆ All commissions must be paid fully after the initial sketch, or possibly (with agreement) half after the sketch and half after the work has completed.◆ Payment is available only through PayPal.◆ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.◆ Payments via PayPal are sent via Invoice method only. I will cover the PayPal fees as it is expected from the artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.◆ I'll be sending the sketch of the commission first, if the client agrees with the initial sketch and there's no further revisions, client should do the payment within 48 hours and I'll proceed to finish the commission. If the client didn't pay within the set time without any explanation, I'll be canceling the client's order.2.1 PayPal Disclaimer◆ Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by the client.◆ Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client, to be physically shipped to them.◆ I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.III. PROCESS◆ The canvas size will be no smaller than 2000 x 2000px, in 300dpi resolution.◆ Commissions will take days to several weeks to finish. I will let the client know when will I start the commission and I will update the progress list every few days once the commission process has started.◆ Any progress of the artwork will be updated here: Slots/Progress Board◆ If the client needs the artwork to be finished quickly or done by a specific date, they need to communicate it to me before I start the commission. Rushed deadlines will add extra charges. Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.3.1 Revisions◆ Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting (sketch & line art) phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments can be made afterwards.◆ After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).◆ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.3.2 Final Product◆ Final result will be shared through e-mail and/or sta.sh link.◆ Files that will be included for illustrations are watermarked and non-watermarked PNGs.◆ There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.◆ The client must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.◆ I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.◆ Credit to me, the artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.◆ The client is responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.◆ Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.◆ I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.◆ Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.◆ Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.IV. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY◆ The client is NOT allowed to claim my work as their own.◆ The client is NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.◆ The client is NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base."◆ Personal use commissions are not for commercial/selling purposes. If the client commissioned a piece for personal use, they are allowed to use the art with proper credit given. The client may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.◆ The client that purchases personal/non-commercial commission reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use only (NOT for sale).◆ The client that purchases commercial commissions are able to redistribute the artwork as discussed.◆ I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.◆ If the client only has commissioned for personal use, and they would like to use the artwork commercially, they can contact me to discuss it.V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY◆ The client can NOT cancel or demand a refund after the payment is received.◆ The only situation in which the client is allowed to cancel the commission, is if the payment hasn’t been sent yet.◆ The only situation in which the client is allowed to demand a refund of the commission is if I am not able to complete the commission in any way after the payment is received.◆ Refunds will be paid back 100% of the payment, but the client is not allowed to use the initial sketch given by the artist.◆ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for the client as well as the client's email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.◆ The client is required to contact me when canceling a commission request.VI. NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST◆ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.◆ The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.◆ However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
